There are many reasons you may be considering babysitting options while planning your Disney World vacation. The sad news is, Walt Disney World does not offer official babysitting services for children under the age of 3. The good news, however, is that there are local businesses that do offer these services!
Services on Property
For children under 3, parents or guardians are responsible for their care and supervision during their visit to Walt Disney World, but they do offer other accommodations for little ones.
Disney Resort hotels offer amenities such as cribs, high chairs, and play areas to accommodate families with young children. Additionally, if you require a break while at the parks, you can explore the Baby Care Centers, which provide convenient facilities for feeding, changing diapers, and resting.
Options for Older Kids
Camp Dolphin at Walt Disney World’s Dolphin Resort is available nightly from 4:00-11:00 pm for children 5 through 12. It is a fully supervised child care with activities, snacks and dinner provided. Reservations should be made in advance as space is limited. The cost per child is $60-$120. At the time of writing, Disney World has not yet brought back some favorite services including their Pirate Adventure Cruises and Wonderland Tea Party. We will update if and when they do bring back these options, or you can check on Disney’s official site to see if they are currently being offered.
