The Best Compact Travel Strollers for Disney World
If you’ve visited the parks (or really anywhere) with a stroller before then you know what a hassle a stroller can be.
While useful to hold your tired toddler and all of your park gear, they can become a little bit cumbersome and even awkward when folded.

Some of the places you must fold your stroller at Walt Disney World are:
- Disney Buses
- Parking Lot Trams
- Skyliner
- The Walt Disney World Railroad
- Minnie Van Service, Taxis and Shuttles
Many times I have struggled with a bulky stroller and two toddlers in tow trying to clamber onto the parking tram with the masses. Or held a sleeping baby while trying to balance a folded stroller on a crowded bus after a day of park hopping.
Each and every time I see a family with a stroller that is unbelievably compact and lightweight and think how much easier that must be!
If you are flying to the parks, you are likely thinking about the added stress of bringing the stroller with you through the airport and onto the plane.
Most, if not all, of the strollers recommended in this post can fold into a carry on bag or their own travel bag, making it easy to store them in an overhead bin or carry them to gate check. Or check them if you won’t need to use them through the airport.
While you are likely to sacrifice some storage space on these compact travel strollers, a well packed backpack and a stroller caddy can give you plenty of additional space for your things. I always recommend traveling as light as possible.
If you are traveling with two your options for compact are a bit slimmer. You can find a post with double stroller recommendations that meet the WDW size limits here.
