Dining with Toddlers: Best Places to Eat at Disney Springs

With so many dining options to choose from at Disney Springs you may be wondering which are the best for your family. Here is a list to narrow down the vast selection to those that are most often recommended for families with toddlers.

I have also included a list of snack locations that little ones and adults alike can find goodies to indulge in while walking around. No sit-down required!

All of these dining options can be located on your My Disney Experience app. The app will provide you with walking directions and mobile ordering if the location has the option.

Rainforest Cafe Disney Springs

The BOATHOUSE
This favorite dining experience is located in a paddleboat on the water. The kids menu includes a burger, mac and cheese, popcorn shrimp and grilled chicken sandwich. Hang onto your receipt for a discounted ride on the nearby amphicar.

T-REX
A great choice for dinosaur loving toddlers. The atmosphere is immersive but the food has some mixed reviews, mostly referring to it as standard chain food.

TIP: If you are unable to land a reservation ahead of time you can sign up for the Landry’s Select Club and show it at the podium for a brief wait. The cost to join is $25 and you will receive a $25 welcome reward. The card can also be used at Rainforest Cafe at Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom.

Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant
One recommendation is to request seating by the main room stage, if available. Irish dancers will entertain, and even offer kids a chance to learn a dance.

Rainforest Cafe
Always a family favorite, the Rainforest Cafe has locations at Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom. The food review match that of the partner restaurant, T-REX, and the same Landry’s Select Club tip applies for waiting (see above). Just be forewarned, our animal loving toddler was not a big fan of the loud and dark atmosphere, but all kids are different!

Edison
Enjoy American cuisine and unique, themed areas, acts and entertainers. The kids menu is simple and includes burgers, chicken tenders and grilled cheese.

D-Luxe Burger
A personal favorite here is usually the seasonal burger offering. The kids enjoy a choice of a burger, grilled chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets as well as the gelato shakes.
